The hotel is really accessible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located with a grocery store and chemist shop right next to it, in addition to the array of restaurants surrounding and also one in the hotel. The park next to the convention centre was just a 5 min walk away and offered amazing views of the city and table mountain. The room had everything I needed, and the layout also added a nice flow creating a sense of privacy. I loved the bathtub, although I didn't get a chance to use it. So I guess I'll just have to come back again. ;D

A beautiful hotel with amazing helpful staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Room service was great and so was the food that we ordered. Facilitated for us to check out late at a reasonable extra cost and even gave us one hour complimentary. I would stay here again.

All went well The personnel is exceptionally friendly and helpful The Restaurant (Mozambic like menu) is good for the price and the personnel is friendly I did not taste the breakfast as I would have something in the venue of the work-place

I love my room, I love the size of the windows. It was wonderful to look outside at see the city and table mountain. I love the area, the clicks was close enough and also Woolworth's foods. I loved their prompt respond to requests. And the food I had for dinner was amazing.

The staff are truly a credit to the hotel; highly attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much and we were treated with such care. Our enjoyment and safety felt like a constant priority for them. The room had everything we required and we could have it cleaned whenever we chose to. The breakfast was consistently of a high standard and generous. We will definitely return.

Service from staff was excellent - attentive, helpful and available. I was on a solo trip and felt safe and well taken of. I enjoyed the room itself - spacious and well equipped with a shower and bath, desk and chair for working, lounge area with TV, little kitchen with kettle, mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, glasses and plates. Loved the view of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the sea from my balcony. Good location, walking distance from Canal Walk mall - gym, restaurants, bars close by around Century City. Also, Century City is a good location for getting to anywhere else in Cape Town. Also got to use the swimming pool for training during my stay - good facility!

We had an amazing view from the top, especially during loadshedding at midnight, we were able to open the curtains, switched off the generator lights and experience the beauty of the rest of Century city. The location was perfect and quiet. The staff was wonderful, and very accommodating. We called in to say that we were running late for our book in time but the staff was very accommodating and was ready for us when we got there. We're just sad that our stay was so short. I will definitely recommend this place and would go there again.

It was my wife's 40th Birthday. The suite had a beautiful banner and to our surprise and her delight a birthday wish was pasted in the elevator. So thoughtful!! So family friendly. We loved our stay. The cleaning staff did a very good job everyday and I appreciated that. Load shedding was a pain but that's our new normal.

Spacious rooms, cleanness, close- like few metres to Canal Walk Mall and My City bus. Easy to find hotel. Access to best swimming facilities. The Mozabik restaurant was the best with various menus. We recommend this hotel, and we are definitely coming back again.
